The Function of Yeast Hydrolysate for Swine Breeding

0 Author 2021-05-10 09:50:20

Yeast hydrolysate is using fresh molasses as raw material, using pure yeast culture, using the endogenous enzyme and exogenous enzyme hydrolysis . yeast hydrolysate obtained by fully releasing nucleic acid, small peptide and other functional components. It is rich in large amounts of nucleic acids, nucleotides, small peptide, digestive enzymes, free amino acids and rich in B vitamins, easily digested and absorbed by young animals, widely used in young animals

Adding yeast hydrolysate can increase feed intake, improve digestion and absorption, and increase growth rate of weaned piglets, and partial or total replacement of plasma protein powder does not affect the weight gain of piglets, and can improve feed conversion rate. It was found that the replacement of plasma protein powder by yeast hydrolysate did not affect the performance and gastrointestinal development of piglets. The ileal apparent digestibility and standard digestibility of crude protein and amino acid of yeast hydrolysate were similar to those of plasma protein powder. After weaning, piglets lose an important nucleotide nutrient source in breast milk, and additional nucleoside and nucleotide supplementation can significantly improve intestinal morphology and reduce the incidence of diarrhea. There were no significant differences in feed intake, growth rate and feed conversion rate of weaned piglets after yeast hydrolysate was replaced by imported plasma protein powder (P BBB 0 0.05). Therefore, the substitution of yeast hydrolysate for plasma protein meal has no adverse effect on the growth performance of piglets.

The experiment showed that adding 0.3% yeast hydrolysate in the experimental diet significantly increased the daily feed intake of sows, which may be related to its nutritional composition. Yeast hydrolysates are rich in flavorful nucleotide (guanosine and inosinic acid) and flavorful amino acid (glutamic acid), which synergically stimulate the taste organs of sows and promote their feeding intake, thus increasing the feed intake of sows. In the late gestation period, the nutritional requirements of sows increase with the development of embryos. A large number of studies have proved that the birth weight of piglets is positively correlated with the energy intake of sows in late pregnancy. The results showed that adding 0.25% yeast hydrolysate to sows' diet for 7 days before birth could increase the number of live litter in test group. The results showed that adding 0.3% yeast hydrolysate to the diet significantly increased the concentration of Gln in the plasma of sows.
